For those of you that may live in the southwest US (specifically Arizona), it is no surprise that there has been a significant influx in the number of illegal immigrants entering the country through this corridor. Many of these individuals are merely people from Mexico and other countries that have a desire to live a better life, and believe they can find that opportunity in the US. Regrettably, these individuals have chosen to enter the United States in an unlawful manner as opposed to making use of the many Phoenix immigration lawyers that are available in the Phoenix area. A byproduct of their decision to not use adequate legal representation to facilitate their entry into this country has been the creation of human smugglers that often taken advantage of these travelers.
While it is understandable that many foreign nationals may lack the resources necessary to hire an immigration lawyer in the Phoenix area, they have chosen to put their life, and possibly the lives of others at risk when attempting to enter the US in this manner. Additionally, many times these individuals find themselves on the wrong-side of the law due to the illegal act they are performing. In this event they will still have to retain a Phoenix immigration attorney, only this time it will be to defend them against criminal charges that stem from their illegal entry into the US.
Furthermore, the Arizona corridor is not the only place where this phenomenon is occurring. New Mexico has worked through these issues for many years, and Dallas, Texas (as well as many other Texas cities) continue to struggle against the continual entry of non-citizens. Again, this could be avoided by proactively seeking the assistance of a Dallas immigration attorney. There are many of them that are well versed on this matter, and incredibly efficient at what they do.
The bottom line to the illegal immigration issue is that whether one hires Phoenix immigration lawyers before they attempt to enter the country, or after they are caught here, they will hire an immigration attorney. It would appear to me the simple answer to this immigration issue would be to ease the entry restrictions and timeframe to make it easier for Phoenix immigration lawyers to help those foreigners who want to come and join us to do so.
